Three new trainees start their careers at the concrete sleeper manufacturer RAILONE in Neumarkt

CTO Dr. Ludwig Friedl, CSO Jens Kleeberg as well as the training manager Kerstin Biehler welcome the newcomers on Friday morning: "Our company needs qualified junior staff. You can rely on us to provide you with reliable support and qualified training."

 

They will follow their training as industrial mechanics and electronic technicians for operating technology at the Neumarkt concrete sleeper plant and as industrial clerks in the administrative office at Neuer Markt. During a digital live transmission via Microsoft Teams, the total of seven new trainees from the locations in Coswig and Aschaffenburg also had the opportunity to join in. Despite the physical distance, they were all able to make initial contacts and get to know each other.

 

In addition to the classic product training and the informative plant tour, the young trainees also got their first insight into the digital world of RAILONE. In order to be prepared for the start of their careers, initial basic knowledge was imparted by means of various training courses, such as IT data protection training. Over the next few days, the trainees will explore their workplaces and get to know their new tasks and the team better.
