RAIL.ONE presents new product solutions

The Neumarkt-based company will be presenting new product developments and other solutions from its business segments at InnoTrans, the leading International Trade Fair for Transport Technology starting today. Two real exhibits demonstrate the Integrated Monitoring System (IMS) for sleepers and a flexibly adjustable Turnout Fastening for Urban Transit. The renowned fair taking place in Berlin opens its doors to visitors until Friday, September 21.

Neumarkt/Berlin (Germany), September 18, 2018 - Innovative and reliable solutions have always been an important facet of RAIL.ONE's product portfolio. At InnoTrans, the Neumarkt-based group of companies will be presenting two of these exhibits again this year. "We supply our existing products in the usual high quality to customers worldwide. At the same time, we continuously invest in research and development in order to regularly bring innovations to market that support our customers in optimizing their track infrastructure," says Dr. Ludwig Friedl, Chief Technology Officer of PCM RAIL.ONE AG.
On a booth area of 145 square meters, the company will focus on its four business segments of Long-Distance and Freight Transport, Urban Transit, Plant Construction and Engineering. In Berlin, RAIL.ONE will demonstrate the AS-SKL anchor rail fastening system for turnouts with grooved rails. With axle loads of up to 18 tons, it allows the rail supports to be rotated by up to 30 degrees. The advantages are significantly simplified handling, flexible adaptation to the switch geometry as well as the use of conventional tension clamps. Another exhibit focuses on digitizing the rail market: with the Integrated Monitoring System (IMS), the expert for concrete sleepers and track systems will present a new development from its Engineering sector. Among other benefits, the system enables infrastructure operators to collect information on actual loads, deformations and stresses in the track and to analyze them in parallel. Thanks to its independence of system and sleeper as well as its particularly fast installation process, RAIL.ONE's digitization product hardly affects the rail operation. Furthermore, the system can be replaced and removed without any interruption in operation. "With our Integrated Monitoring System, we offer line operators in long-distance, freight and urban traffic a solution for analyzing their track infrastructure and adapting it to their requirements using parameters that have not been used to date. For us, also this is part of sustainability and demand-oriented development of track solutions," says Torsten Bode, Chief Sales Officer of PCM RAIL.ONE AG.
The Group will be exhibiting at InnoTrans in Berlin until Friday. In Hall 26, Booth 305, RAIL.ONE will be demonstrating its portfolio in the business segments of long-distance and freight transport, urban transit, plant construction, and engineering. With the help of an interactive application, interested visitors can get to know the products and solutions, learn more about their locations and references and have the company's solutions for the future needs of the railway market explained to them together with local experts.
